§ 2 Participation requirements
The duration of the competition will be specified in the respective competition post. Depending on the competition, participation may be possible, for example, by liking and commenting on a post. The draw will take place no later than 7 days after the competition ends. All natural persons of legal age residing in Germany or Austria and of legal capacity are eligible to participate. Employees of the Papenbreer Group are excluded from participation. By participating, the participant agrees to be contacted in writing if they win. Participation is only possible within the period specified in the competition description . Legal recourse is excluded .
The prize will be specified in the respective giveaway post. Cash payment of the prize value or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize claim is non-transferable. Participants will not incur any additional costs. The winner will be notified by the organizer via Instagram, or as described in the giveaway post. If the winner does not respond to the notification within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited without substitution .
Vouchers to be won are only valid in the online shop at www.papenbreer.com .
§ 4 Liability
Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are Regardless of the legal basis, liability is excluded unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from disruptions to the availability of the competition post due to technical malfunctions beyond its control , force majeure, or attacks by third parties against the competition post. § 6 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid or should a gap exist, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the intended purpose of the contract and the applicable legal provisions .
§ 7 Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
In the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer, to the extent legally permissible. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or if they move their residence abroad after participation, the registered office of the organizer shall also be the agreed place of jurisdiction .
§ 8 Selection procedure
The winners will be selected using a random number generator. Legal recourse is, of course, excluded .
